Holiday Bright Lights, (HBL), Return Policy

· All returns must be pre-approved by Holiday Bright Lights, by contacting Customer Service at . Upon approval of return, a Return Authorization number will be issued. The RA# must be clearly indicated on the Shipping Label of the returning product, along with the customer’s return address. Inside the box please note Name, Phone Number and Email address, so the Return Department can contact you if needed. Returns without a RA# on the shipping label, or without proper documentation inside the box, will not be processed and may be refused. · Customers are responsible for shipping charges and must be prepaid. An original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to process the return. Product must be received by Holiday Bright Lights before credit is issued.

· A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refundable cost of products that are not being returned due to manufacturer’s defects or shipping errors on the part of HBL. This includes all returns for ordering too much product, ordering the wrong product, or dislike of the product.

· Returned products must not have been used, installed or modified in any way. They must be in their original cartons and shipped with sufficient packaging to ensure they are resalable.

· Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs.

· Upon receipt and review by our Return Department, certain items may be designated non-returnable due to the return condition.

· Errors in billing and shipping must be reported within 30 days to


· No refunds will be given for defective products. Replacement product(s) will be given.

· In order to receive your qualified exchange or credit, the items must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of issuing the RA#. If you are unable to return the items within this timeframe, please contact Customer Service for an extension.
